Co-Founder & CBDO CUDO Compute

Pete is responsible for driving the expansion of an AI data centre portfolio, focusing on sourcing land, securing power, and scaling compute capacity, while also developing investment-grade offtaker opportunities. He is currently advancing this strategy through the creation of joint ventures with established data centre and power operators, enabling faster time to market and vertically integrated infrastructure ownership. His most significant ongoing initiative involves joint ventures across the UK and Europe to deliver over 1GW of sovereign AI factory capacity, with the first 150MW already energised.

Day 1 | 3rd November

2:10 PM 360 Panel: Neocloud demand and new tenant risk: How can you assess the strength and longevity of new counterparties and align with their needs?

Investment opportunities are emerging in smaller neocloud platforms, with growth projections accelerating rapidly over the next few years. This panel will explore how these businesses are scaling, how operators can structure facilities and capacity to support shorter hardware cycles and rapid deployment timelines, and how investors can assess counterparty risk in these emerging tenant models.

Against this backdrop, you will evaluate new emerging tenant categories such as sovereign cloud initiatives, and hear how neocloud demand, shaped by shorter hardware upgrade cycles and modular deployment models, is influencing how often sites may need upgrades and how operators and investors should think about long-term tenant stability. Explore how technical requirements, including high-density cooling and flexibility between air and liquid cooling, are shaping how operators design and position capacity to meet evolving customer needs.
