Jonathon Hannah is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell's London office and Co-Head of the firm's EMEA Project Development and Finance Practice. He advises developers, sponsors, investors, banks and export credit agencies on complex, high-profile transactions across digital infrastructure, energy and other capital-intensive sectors. His recent work includes advising on data centre development and GPU financings.

With more than 20 years' experience in multi-source and cross-border financing, Jonathon brings a practical understanding of how capital can be structured and deployed to support ambitious infrastructure projects. His broader practice encompasses acquisition finance, corporate lending, restructuring, joint ventures and strategic transactions. Jonathon has been recognised for his project finance work by Chambers UK, Chambers Global, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500 UK.
